Contest “Become a Vlogger with Global Fashion”

1. These regulations establish the conditions of participation, the validation criteria, and the method of awarding prizes within the contest “Become a Vlogger with Global Fashion” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”), organized by Global Fashion Romania.
2. Participation in the Contest implies full, express, and unequivocal acceptance of these regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these regulations, with the obligation to publicly announce any changes.

Chapter II – Conditions of Participation

1. The contest is open to all individuals who have an active account on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and are at least 18 years old.
2. Participation is done by posting an original video created exclusively with Global Fashion products, in accordance with the established requirements.
3. The author of the video is the sole beneficiary of the prize; the prize cannot be transferred or claimed by third parties.

Chapter III – Mandatory Requirements for the Video

1. Minimum duration: 15 seconds.
2. The video must showcase a personal manicure or pedicure work created exclusively with Global Fashion products.
3. Mandatory technical conditions:
• High resolution;
• Even lighting (natural or professional);
• Clean, simple, aesthetic background;
• Clear, stable image, focused on the product and result;
• Clear sound (if present), without disturbing noise.

Chapter IV – Contest Mechanism

1. The participant posts the video on their social media page and tags the @GlobalFashion account.
2. The video must receive at least 50 likes.
3. After reaching the threshold, the participant is required to send the post link to Global Fashion via private message.
4. The Global Fashion team verifies compliance with the rules and confirms validation by reposting the video on the official page.

Chapter V – Prizes and Awarding Conditions

1. Each eligible participant will receive a Global Fashion gift kit worth 100 RON, consisting of:
• Flashlight,
• Strong Base 12 ml,
• Diamond Top 12 ml,
• Black Elite Gel Polish,
• Nail file.

2. The prize can be collected in person from the SmartExpo Flora physical store, Voluntari 86.
3. Participants who live far away may request the prize to be sent by mail. In this case, the prize will be shipped exactly as specified and cannot be exchanged for a voucher.
4. The prize may be exchanged only in the physical store, within the value limit of 100 RON, with the assistance of a sales consultant.

Chapter VI – Limitations and Strict Rules

1. A person may post several different videos, but they will receive only one prize, regardless of how many posts reach the threshold of 50 likes.
2. If the same work is used in multiple videos, only the first one will be validated.
3. If it is found that a work does not belong to the participant, Global Fashion has the right to request proof of originality. In the absence of such proof, the participant is required to return the prize by mail, at their own expense.
4. The prize can only be awarded by Global Fashion Romania.
5. The organizer does not assume responsibility for plagiarized, incomplete videos, or those that do not comply with aesthetic rules or technical criteria.

Chapter VII – Final Provisions

1. By participating in the contest, each participant confirms that they have read and accepted these rules. 
2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with the stipulated conditions. 
3. All disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, the competent courts in Romania shall have jurisdiction.
